Our approach

We don't sell packages. We create your own space.

No two of our homes look alike, because no two owners live alike. Every project starts from how you live, what you love and what you want to keep.

  1. Made for you, not from a catalogue

There are no ready-made packages or copied moodboards. Your layout, materials and furniture are chosen for your home only.

  2. Pieces are an investment

We choose furniture, lighting and materials that last in quality and in style, so your home keeps its value and you keep loving it. Furniture is selected for durability and timeless style, crafted from natural materials and thoughtfully designed.

  3. Designed around your life

Storage for what you own, light where you read, room for the people you host. The design follows your routine, not a trend.

Warm minimalism, in three styles

  • Wabi-sabi
  • Japandi
  • Mid-century modern

About the founder

The eye behind The Eye

Léa Ezzaim is the Parisian founder and creative force behind The Eye Design.

Born and shaped by Paris, Léa grew up surrounded by a culture where beauty, craftsmanship and attention to detail are part of everyday life. After earning a Master's degree from a business school, she built her early professional journey in supply chain and purchasing within the luxury industry both in Paris and internationally. This rigorous foundation sharpened her eye for quality and operational excellence, while allowing her to discover a wide range of cultures, materials and ways of living.

Through her travels and experiences, Léa developed a particular sensitivity to interiors and objects that carry a sense of place and emotion. For her, a beautiful home is not simply about decoration it is about creating an atmosphere, telling a story and surrounding ourselves with pieces that feel meaningful.

“It’s about creating depth and soul where there was just a flat surface.”On applying limewash

With The Eye Design, she brings together her Parisian eye for elegance with her appreciation for natural materials, craftsmanship, cultural influences and contemporary interiors. The Eye is her way of curating spaces and objects with character pieces chosen not simply because they are beautiful, but because they have something to say.

The Eye Design is an expression of her vision: refined, curious, personal and inspired by the world.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Ask a question
How much does it cost?

Projects start from AED 38,000 for a studio. We don't sell packages, so every quote is built for your home after the free consultation, with no hidden extras.

What's included in a furnishing project?

Everything on your itemised inventory: furniture, lighting, curtains and rugs, art and decor, bedding and towels, kitchen appliances and kitchenware, bathroom and cleaning essentials, balcony furniture, and safety items such as a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and smoke detectors. If you'd like them, we add personal touches like a prayer mat and Qibla direction sticker.

Can I see options before I commit?

Yes. For each room you get a moodboard and visuals of your space, often in two budget options, before anything is bought.

What if I want to change something during the project?

Every item is listed in the inventory you approve. Any change is discussed and approved by you first, and a small contingency in the budget covers last-minute adjustments.

Which styles do you design?

Mostly wabi-sabi, Japandi and mid-century modern, always adapted to the owner. What they share: natural materials, quiet shapes and craftsmanship that ages well.

How long does it take?

Design takes a few weeks. Works and furnishing take longer, plus the time your building needs to approve the works. Your quote comes with a timeline.

Who does the works, and are they licensed?

A licensed Dubai fit-out contractor carries out the works under our design supervision. Together we handle the building approvals and permits.

I live abroad. Can you manage everything?

Yes. You get regular photo and video updates, and we only need you for the key decisions.

Do you take single rooms?

Yes. A styling day or e-design works well for one room.

Do you furnish units for rent?

Yes. We furnish and style rental units so they're ready for listing photos, with a quote for each unit.

Can I see a finished home?

Yes. Watch the walkthrough of our JVC apartment, or ask us for a visit with the owner's permission.

Where does the furniture come from?

From local workshops and international brands, plus custom pieces we design when nothing on the market fits.

Where do you work?

JVC, Downtown, Meydan, Dubai Creek Harbour, Business Bay, Dubai Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and anywhere else in Dubai on request.
